锦江水库坝后水电站水轮发电机组的增效扩容改造

摘要 总结了锦江水库坝后水电站水轮发电机组增效扩容改造的实施方法及效果。针对该小型水电站的实际问题,对三台机组的转轮、导水机构、转子、推力轴承、调速器和励磁系统进行了更换或改造。运行结果表明,增效扩容改造后三台机组的耗水率平均降低约1.5m3/kW·h,工作效率平均提高约15%,大修周期可延长至6~8年,同时也显著提高了机组的安全运行水平。 The implementation method and effect of efficiency increase and capacity expansion reconstruction of hydropower station hydraulic generator unit behind Jinjiang Reservoir Dam were summarized.The runner,water guiding mechanism,rotor,thrust bearing,speed adjuster and field systems of the three units were changed or reconstructed aiming at the actual problems of the small-sized hydropower station.The operating results showed that the water consumption rate of the three units after efficiency increase and capacity expansion reconstruction was averagely reduced by about 1.5m3/kW·h,the working efficiency was averagely increased by about 15%,the overhaul period could be extended to six to eight years,meanwhile,the safety operating level of the unit was also prominently improved.
