桓仁县无地方自供电网,该县探索并创建了代燃料户长期电价补贴运行机制。实行"所有权、经营权、使用权"分设的管理办法,将国家补贴的38%资金以股份形式投入到代燃料电站电站,将投资利润分成补偿给代燃料户,降低了电价,生态效益、社会效益显著。

Huanren county has no local self-supply power grids.The county explores and creates long-term electricity price subsidies operating mechanism of households using replacing fuel.Management approach of separating 'ownership,operation right and use right' is implemented,and 38% capital of the state subsidies is invested in generation fuel power stations in the form of shares.The investment profits are divided to compensate households using replacing fuel,thereby reducing the electricity price with significant eco-efficiency and social benefits.
