摘要 根据重庆电网的特点,针对彭水水电站500kV母线和10kV厂用系统可能出现的故障问题,探讨了3、4号发电机组黑启动设计方案。在黑启动成功后,发电机组机端电压应比额定电压低0.5~1kV,防止系统电压过高,同时综合考虑黑启动情况下的水库调度方案,并加强对应急照明系统EPS、阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池和800kW柴油发电机的管理,保证调速系统满足黑启动条件下的导叶操作油压要求和启动过程的低电压恢复方式。 Design scheme of black-start functions of #3 and #4 generator units is studied in this paper against the possible failures on 500Kv generatrix and 10 kV station service system of Pengshui hydropower plant in accordance with the characteristics of Chongqing power system.The conclusion presented hereinto shows that the terminal voltage of generator unit shall be 055~1kV lower than the rated voltage to guard against overtension of system voltage,while the reservoir regulation scheme shall be overall considered with management on emergency lighting system EPS,valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery and 800kW diesel-driven generator reinforced,to ensure the speed control system meeting the requirements of oil pressure on guide vane operation under black-start and to guarantee low voltage recovery pattern during starting.
