China's marine fishery problems and policy suggestions in the twelfth five-year plan

我国是世界上主要的海洋渔业大国之一,海洋渔业是我国海洋经济的重要组成部分,为海洋经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。本文论述了我国海洋渔业发展的现状,提出了"十二五"期间海洋渔业发展面临的四大制约因素,包括海洋渔业资源环境破坏、金融政策缺乏、周边海域争端和突发事件、安全标准等,最后提出了促进我国海洋渔业发展的对策建议。

China is one of the biggest marine fishery countries in the world.Marine fishery is an important component of marine economy in China,which has made a great contribution to the development of marine economy.This paper discusses the status of our marine fishery development and put forward four limiting factors that the marine fishery is facing,including resource environmental damage,lack of financial policies,the dispute in the surrounding waters and emergencies,safety and standards;it proposes four policy proposals on China's marine fishery development.
