基于产业共性技术的海水苗种产业培育机制分析

Analysis of mechanisms for cultivation of seawater aquaculture seed industry based on industrial generic technologies

海水苗种产业是海水养殖的基础产业,关系到养殖产业的健康发展。在阐述了海水苗种产业的内涵特征,在对产业共性技术特别是经济学属性进行了深入分析的基础上,指出共性技术研究缺失是制约我国海水苗种产业发展的主要瓶颈。基于我国海水苗种产业发展现状,指出了能够实现苗种产业共性技术创新与扩散的主体力量与模式,以期为新形势下海水苗种产业的可持续发展提供理论参考。

Seawater aquaculture seed industry is the basic industry which is related to healthy development of marine aquaculture industry.This article gave the definition and characteristics of seawater aquaculture seed industry,made in-depth analysis on industrial generic technologies and its properties of economics.It also pointed out lack of generic technologies is the main bottleneck in the development of seawater aquaculture seed industry.Based on reality of seawater aquaculture seed industry of China,this paper came up with objects and model which can achieve innovation and diffusion of generic technologies.The purpose of writing this article is to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of seawater aquaculture seed industry.
