海岛开发的重大意义及其生态路径选择——以山东省长岛县为例

Study on the significance and the choice of ecological path for islands development:take the Chang-island as an example

随着国际社会涉海主权意识的增强,海岛已成为各临海国家重要的利益争夺点和国家经济可持续发展的重要支撑要素。论文认为对其开发应从理性角度出发,选择生态保护优先的路径,并提出了海岛开发生态路径的定义、目的、影响因素及实施步骤。而后,以山东省唯一的海岛县——长岛县为例,研究其海岛开发的具体生态路径,提出实现清洁开发、建立生态养殖岛、实现循环经济等措施和建议。

As the strong sea-related sovereignty consciousness,more and more coastal countries begin to focus on fighting for the interests of islands.Moreover,islands have become the essential factor for supporting economy sustainable development.It is rational to push the whole island society onto a path to civilized development featuring the sound ecosystem.The definition and purpose of ecological path,as well as the influence factors and implementation methods are put forward in this essay.Also it takes Chang-island,the exclusive island country of Shandong Province, as an example to analyze the ecological path for islands development,and reveals the feasible suggestion for protecting and developing island,such as to promote clean development,to establish the ecological cultivation island and to realize the recycling economy on island.
