摘要 目的:研究白木香叶的化学成分。方法:应用溶剂法和色谱法分离纯化化合物,利用谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到33个化合物,本文鉴定12个化合物的结构,分别为5-羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、金合欢素(2)、木犀草素(3)、芫花素(4)、芫花苷(5)、腺苷(6)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、高次衣草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、次黄嘌呤(9)、尿嘧啶(10)、8-C-β-D-半乳糖基异牡荆素(11)、4-(1,2,3-三羟基丙基)-2,6-二甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论:除化合物1,3,4外,化合物2,5~12均为首次从白木香叶中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by the methods of solvent extraction and chromatographic technique,and their structures were identified on the basis of the analyses of spectral data. Result:Thirty-three compounds were obtained. Among of them,tvelve compounds were identified as 5-hydroxyl-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (1) ,acacetin (2) ,luteolin (3) ,genkwanin (4) ,yuankanin (genkwanin-5-O-β-D-primevero-side,5) ,adenosine (6) ,genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) ,hypolaetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) ,hypoxanthine (9) , uracil (10) ,8-C-β-D-galactopyranosylisovitexin (11) ,and 4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl) -2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyrano-side (12) ,respectively. Conclusion:All compounds except for 1,3 and 4 were isolated from the leaves of A. sinensis for the first time.
