脑小血管病与血管性认知功能损害 被引量：6

摘要 血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VaD)是第二常见的痴呆类型,在65岁以上的人群中占10%～15%,其患病率每5.3年即增加1倍,是血管性认知功能损害(vascular cognitiveimpairment,VCI)最严重的形式。2011年7月21日,美国心脏学会/美国卒中学会(AmericanHeart Association/American StrokeAssociation,AHA/ASA)发表联合声明,系统阐述了VCI,并进一步强调血管性因素是VCI和痴呆的重要病因。
