摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四川中江、安徽亳州产白芍鲜药、阴干品、水煮后去皮晒干品中芍药苷含量。方法:Diamonsil C18柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14:86);检测波长230 nm;柱温 30 ℃;流速 1 mL﹒min-1。结果:川白芍和亳白芍均以鲜药中芍药苷含量最高。结论:产地加工方法对白芍药材中芍药苷的含量影响较大,需进一步结合多成分同时含量测定和药效学实验以规范白芍产地加工。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of the contents of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba from Zhongjiang Sichuan and Bozhou Anhui. Method: The separation was performed on a Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0 μm) eluted with 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile (86:14) at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 . The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Result: The content of paeoniflorin in fresh Paeoniae Radix Alba was highest both in the medical material from Sichuan and Bozhou. Conclusion: The different processing methods have great influence on the content of the paeoniflorin. Therefore it is needed to combine the content determination and pharmacodynamics experiment in the standardation of the processing methods of Paeoniae Radix Alba.
