摘要
冠心康胶囊为四川省中医药研究院中医研究所针对冠心病肾虚血瘀证研制的新药,是冠心康处方经现代制剂技术精制而成。本研究从处方研究及剂型选择、制备工艺研究、中试研究、质量标准研究和初步稳定性研究等方面,初步探讨冠心康胶囊的药学研究思路,进而指导具体的实验研究。
Guanxinkang Capsule is the new drug for kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, developed in Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Sichuan Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences. It is modified form of Guanxinkang prescription using modern detection techniques. The prescription study and selection of formulation, the preparation technology research, the pilot study, the quality standard study and the preliminary stability research are theoretically analyzed and summarized in this article, in order to introduce the pharmaceutical research strategy of Guanxinkang Capsule, and then guide the experimental study.
