中药注射剂使用情况与不良反应分析

The analysis of the use of Traditional Chinese medicine injection and adverse reactions caused by it

目的:分析我院中药注射剂的使用情况,了解我院中药注射剂的不良反应(ADR)发生特点,探讨临床使用不当导致中药注射剂不良反应的原因,为合理用药、提高药品管理水平提供科学依据。方法:收集我院2007年1月～2012年5月中药注射剂使用发生不良反应的报告,采用用药频度(DDDS)分析法, 按患者性别、年龄、用药情况、涉及器官、临床表现及预后进行统计分析。找出中药注射剂ADR 发生规律及特点。结果及结论:中药注射剂是诱发ADR的主要剂型 ,本组ADR表现以皮肤及其附件损害和全身损害为主,应提倡中药采取口服途径给药,慎用中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂ADR的检测和相关研究,提高临床用药的安全性。

Objective: Through analyzing the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in our hospital, the paper aimed to find out adverse events features caused by Chinese medicine injections in our hospital, and investigate the reason of adverse effect caused by improper use so as to provide scientific basis for rational use of drugs and improvement of drug control. Method: The reports of adverse events of traditional Chinese medicine injection were collected in our hospital from Jan, 2007 to May, 2012., Sex, age, drug use, involving organs, clinical manifestations and prognosis were analyzed using the frequency of the use of medication (DDS)analysis. And the occurrence and characteristics of ADR were analyzed. Result & conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine injection is the main cause for inducing ADR which manifesting mainly as injury of skin, skin appendants and total body. It is advocated that traditional Chinese medicines should be carefully administered. Monitoring of ADR induced by Traditional Chinese medicine injection and correlated study should be strengthened in order to improve the safety of clinical medication.
