摘要
伊朗雅达瓦兰油田属高含硫化氢区块,为了提高井内油套管防腐蚀性,延缓油套管在高含硫化氢地层中的使用寿命,在高含硫化氢层段需要下入合金油套管。根据合金油套管表面软处理的原则,分析雅达地区施工现场合金管摆放、VAMTOP扣保护、优选设备参数等技术措施,探讨如何实现合金管体损伤最小化,并有效减弱入井管串的腐蚀,保证上扣质量,避免管串泄露。
Iran Yadavaran oildom has high contains of H2S.In order to raise the anticorrosive quality of down hole annulus and extend annulus service life at the high H2S formation,it needs to lay down alloy annulus.According to the soft treatment rule of alloy annulus surperficial,this paper analyzes alloy annulus,protect VAMTOP buckle and optimizes installation parameter and so on.This paper discusses how to achieve alloy annulus injury minimality,and abate corrosion of into the well pipe string effectually,guaranty click quality,avert tube string disclosure.
