摘要
测量不确定度是表征合理地赋予被测对象的数值的分散程度。据JJF1059-1999等标准要求,分析和识别不确定度来源,建立数学模型,对还原型硅钼酸盐光度法测定钢铁中酸溶硅含量测量不确定度进行评定。
Uncertainty of measurement is a parameter which is correlated with the measurement result,it indicates a dispersion degree that could be reasonably given the value of the object to be measured.According to the requirement of JJF1059-1999,this paper contains analysis and identifying source of uncertainty,building the mathematical model and evaluating the uncertainty in measurement of the reduced molybdosilicate spectrophotometric method for determination of acid soluble silicon content in iron & steel.
