摘要
目前世界上常见的三种社会责任推进模式分别是公众推进型、政府推进型以及混合推进型,它们是不同历史背景下的产物,既有优点也存在不足。文章回顾三种模式在美国、英国和意大利的产生过程,分析不同模式产生的环境以及具体的实现方式,目的是为我国中小企业社会责任的构建提供参考。
At present,there are three common patterns in promoting social responsibility,i.e.,public-led promotion,government-led promotion,and hybrid promotion modes.They are the products of different historical backgrounds with mixed advantages and shortcomings.This paper reviews the creation process of the three patterns in United States,United Kingdom,and Italy.It analyzes the creation environment and specific implementation of different patterns so as to provide guidance for promoting SMEs' social responsibility in China.
