On the Building of Harmonious Labor Relations in Civilian-run Enterprises

摘要 目前我国民营企业和谐劳动关系实现的核心问题是职工所付出的劳动与其所获得的报酬严重偏离,劳动回报不合理,由此直接引发了企业与职工间尖锐的对立。通过对民营经济劳资关系现状的描述与分析,进而对民营企业产生低工资现象的原因进行深入剖析,找出民营企业发展中资本积累与员工工资上涨、企业技术进步间的特殊联系,为推动民营经济的良性循环提供理论依据。最后指出必须在民营企业内部构建起企业家与职工"主体间性"的和谐劳动关系,才能实现社会和谐与共同富裕。 The core problem in building harmonious labor relation in civilian-run enterprises is the severe disproportion between workers' workload and their pay,and this directly leads to a sharp opposition between the entrepreneurs and the workers.Based on the in-depth analysis of the reasons behind low-wage phenomenon in civilian-run enterprises,this paper identifies the special relationship between capital accumulation,and rising wages and technological progress so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the virtuous cycle of economy.Finally it points out that only if we can build a harmonious labor relation in civilian-run enterprises can we realize the social harmony and common prosperity.
