摘要
从应用型人才培养路径来看,实践能力的培养是应用型人才培养的核心。应用型本科院校要切实提高学生实践能力,必须更新实践教学观念,构建新型实践教学体系。新的实践教学体系构建需以能力体系为主线,在调研的基础上确立专业所需的通用能力、职业能力和创新创业能力,依据实现这些能力的方式设计实践教学环节,并从时间维度上统筹安排实践教学计划。
From the view point of the path for training application-oriented talents,practical ability training is the core for cultivating application-oriented personnel.In order to effectively improve students' practical ability,application-oriented universities must update the practical teaching concepts,and build a new practical teaching system.The new teaching system should take capacity analysis system as the main line,and based on survey to establish general skills,professional competence,innovation ability and entrepreneurial capacity.Practical teaching process is then designed to achieve these capabilities,and coordinated arrangements are made for the teaching programs from the time dimension.
