摘要
为了解门诊病人对护理工作满意度的影响因素,对进一步提高护理服务质量提供依据.采用自行设计的问卷对600例患者进行调查,有针对性地分析影响门诊病人对医院护理工作满意度的影响因素.通过分析找寻到了有效提高病人满意度的合理途径,建议医院全盘综合考虑,加强护理服务意识,重视人文关怀,提高护理质量及护理人员的服务主动性.
To understand the factors affecting outpatients' satisfaction,and to provide the basis for further improvement of the quality of nursing service,we conducted a self-designed questionnaire survey to 600 patients,and made the targeted analysis of outpatients' satisfaction towards hospital care.Through analysis,we found a reasonable way to improve patients' satisfaction.We suggested that considering the hospital comprehensively,strengthening intensive care services,paying attention to human care,and raising the quality of care and initiative nursing services.
