以人文课程为基础培养护理专业学生人文素质的探索

Construction on the teaching model of cultivating the nursing humanistic quality in humanities courses

人文课程教学在高等护理教育中发挥着重要的人文素质教育功能.基于针对护理专业学生开设的人文课程,积极构建由学校、教师和学生共同参与,课堂内和课堂外相结合,以及促进护生人文知识、能力和素质全面发展的“三位一体”的教学模式.同时提出,应关注教学过程的循序渐进、实践性以及课程互补等问题.

The humanities courses teaching has played an important role in the humanistic quality education in collegiate nursing education.Combining the teaching approaches of cultivating the nursing students' humanistic quality with the humanities courses teaching,it is a beneficial trial to construct the Trinitarian teaching model,in which the school,teachers and students should participate together in and out of class to develop the nursing students' humanistic knowledge,abilities and qualities.Of course,we also should pay much attention to some issues in implementing the teaching model,such as improving the students' qualifies step by step,the practicality of the teaching and the complementarities among diverse courses.
