河南省中小学教师职业倦怠与体育锻炼的关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Job Burnout and Physical Exercise of Primary and Secondary School Teachers of Henan Province

本研究采用由李超平等翻译和修订的马氏职业倦怠通用量表(MBI-GS)以及自编体育锻炼量表,对河南省600名中小学教师采用问卷信的形式,进行问卷调查,结果显示,当前河南省中小学教师职业倦怠的程度并不严重,职业倦怠的核心指标情绪衰竭偏高。不同体育人口类型的中小学教师在情绪衰竭因子上,存在显著性差异,随体育参与的程度加大分值递减。

The study has a questionnaire survey of 600 primary and secondary school teachers of Henan Province with Markov burnout Universal Scale (MBI-GS) of Li Chaoping translation and revision, and self editing physical exercise scale. The results are: the extent of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers of Henan Province is not serious, the core indicators of burnout--emotional exhaustion--is high. Different sport population of primary and secondary school teachers exists significantly difference on the emotional exhaustion factor, the sports scores decreasing with greater involvement.
