淳安县竹产业现状与发展对策

Bamboo Industry Situation and Development Strategy of Chunan County

从资源概况、竹林培育发展、竹产业化建设3个方面介绍了浙江省淳安县竹产业现状,分析了存在的主要问题:竹子资源分布相对集中、资源培育仍显粗放、笋竹加工业落后、投入不足基础设施建设滞后等4个方面。提出了发展淳安竹产业的指导思想和科学合理布局:确保总量扩张、加强资源培育提高林分质量、扶持竹业加工提高加工能力、增加财政投入改善发展环境等4个方面的对策建议,力争到"十二五"期末,竹林面积达到20000 hm2,竹产业总产值4亿元,把竹子产业建成强县富民的支柱产业。

From the resources situation,bamboo culture and develop,and the bamboo industry construction the 3 aspects,this paper introduced the bamboo industry status of Chunan County,Zhejiang Province,it analysed the main existing problems:the bamboo resource distribution was relatively collected,bamboo resources culture was still extensive,and the bamboo shoots industry was backward,the inadequate basic setting construction lagged:ensuring that the total expansion,and enhance resources for training to improve forest quality and support the bamboo processing industry and increase processing capacity and increase financial input to improve the suggestions of the four aspects of the development environment,during the '12th five-Year' period,realizing the bamboo forest area of 20000 hm2,bamboo industry in total output value of 400 million yuan,the bamboo industry into the county and enriching the people of the pillar industries.
