摘要 建立了5 000t/d的水泥线篦冷机的三维仿真模型。采用UDFs编程耦合熟料的气固传热模型,得到了篦冷机内部的流场及温度场分布。讨论了取热口的位置对篦冷机有效利用热量的影响。结果表明:双取热口会显著提高篦冷机的有效热量利用率;当高温取热口的位置在第一段蓖筛的末段,中温取热口在第二段蓖筛的末段时,有效利用热量利用率最高。 The 3D simulation model of 5 000t/d clinker cooler was established.Based on the gas-solid heat transfer of the clinker by using UDFs program,the internal flow field and temperature field distribution of the clinker cooler were obtained.The effect of heat outlet position was discussed.It can be concluded that the dual heat export is more efficient than single heat export,it is more effective to use the waste heat that when high temperature heat export is located at the terminal of the first comb sieve,and medium temperature heat export is located at the terminal of the second comb sieve.
