摘要
利用红外光谱仪研究了硼酚醛树脂在固化过程中的结构变化情况;采用差示扫描量热仪分析了硼酚醛树脂在不同升温速率下的固化行为,并运用Kissinger法对其固化动力学进行了研究,得到了固化反应活化能.结果表明:硼酚醛树脂在固化过程中,内部的活化点与固化剂发生反应,树脂的结构变化不大.与纯酚醛树脂相比,硼酚醛树脂固化温度较低,而固化反应所需活化能较高,硼的加入降低了树脂的固化反应速率.
The configuration change in curing process of boron phenolic resin was investigated by using FTIR,and the curing behavior of boron phenolic resin was analyzed at different heating rates by using differential scanning calorimetry.The curing kinetic was studied by using Kissinger method,and the activation energy for the curing reaction was obtained.The research results showed that the activation point of boron phenolic resin reacted with curing agent in curing process and the configuration changed little.The curing temperature of boron phenolic resin was lower than that of the phenolic resin,but the activation energy of the curing reaction was higher,and the curing rate was reduced by adding boron.
