丝绸之路是联系世界各古老文明的重要孔道,在这条东西方贸易的通道上,喀什噶尔由于其特殊的地理位置而具有相当重要的意义。波斯历史、地理和文学作品,对这座丝绸之路上的重镇留下了大量的记载,文章主要依据这些波斯语文献资料来考察喀什噶尔在丝绸之路中的地位。考察的内容分为三部分:第一,伊斯兰初期及中世纪波斯语历史、地理文献中的喀什噶尔;第二,波斯语诗歌作品中的喀什噶尔;第三,根据蒙古时期一幅历史地图,评价喀什噶尔在丝绸之路上的历史地位。

The Silk Road,a trade thoroughfare between east and west,is an important access to connect different ancient civilizations in the world,on which Kashgar is of considerable significance for its special geographic location.Persian history,geography and literary works have left large amount of record to the key town on the Silk Road.The essay,based on these Persian literature,has made a survey of the position taken by Kashgar on the Silk Road.The survey consists of three parts: first,Kashgar in early Islamic period and Persian historical and geographical literature in the Middle Age;secondly,Kashgar in Persian poetry;thirdly,Kashgar's historical status on the Silk Road according to a historical map during the Mongolian Period.
