On Xinjiang-Aid Policy since the Founding of New China

援疆是区域协调发展援助政策的重要组成部分。党中央总结借鉴和创新发展了自汉代以来历代中央王朝的援疆经验措施,并积极付诸实践,取得了新中国成立以来特别是13年援疆工作实践的丰硕成果,为新时期中央实施新一轮对口援疆奠定了理论与实践基础,全面实施产业、干部、人才、科技、教育等综合援疆措施,增强了新疆与内地全方位、多层次的交往、交流、交融与合作。

Aiding Xinjiang is an important component of the policy on regional coordinated development and aid.The C.P.C central Party committee learned from Xinjiag-aided experience by the royal court for ages since the Han Dynasty and developed it to put into practice and make remarkable progress in Xinjiag-aid practice since the founding of New China,especially late 13 years,thus laying a theoretic and practical basis for a new-round Xinjiang-aid campaign to be launched by C.P.C central committee in new period.Besides,it helps implement Xinjiang-aid policy in all range of fields:industry,cadres,talent,science and technology and education and increase communication and cooperation in all round way between Xinjiang and other parts of China.
