摘要
文章以吉尔吉斯斯坦汉语教师为主要研究对象,根据教师的不同来源对不同群体汉语教师展开调查,并对调查数据进行初步整理和深入分析,发现该国汉语师资方面存在着当地汉语教师来源单一;汉语教师总体培训情况较差;中国籍教师中介语水平有待提高;对当地教师的实际工作没有建立有绩效效应的评估标准等问题,针对这些问题文章建议在财政、师资、管理等方面进行改革以促进对外汉语的可持续发展。
The essay targets Chinese teachers in Kyrgyzstan for study and makes a survey of Chinese teachers with different origins in different groups.In the light of local characteristics,we've sorted out and made a profound analysis of survey data and found that Chinese teachers in Kyrgyzstan are from unilateral origin,with poor performance in the teachers' training as a whole.Teachers with Chinese nationality have some room for improvement in medium language.With respect to effective appraisal standard for actual work among local teachers and problems arisen that,the essay suggests that reform should be made on finance,teachers and management.
