Chinese as a Key to Mental Intellect——Appraisal of Performance in Training Chinese Teachers Native to Central-Asian Countries

文章通过调查研究新疆师范大学2009年和2010年两期外国汉语教师进修班的培训情况,对目前中亚本土汉语师资来华培训做出绩效评估分析。文章认为培训结果达到培训主办方和大纲所预设的目标课程架构,基本能满足这两期中亚本土师资的实际需求。但是中亚地区目前的师资培训还面临一些困难,主要集中在教学资料缺乏、培训机会少、付出与收入不相符、教学指导少等几个方面。为此,有必要进一步调查本土汉语师资的现状,针对现状做出相关规划方案,加强中外合作,发挥各方积极优势,争取进一步提高本土汉语师资的待遇,提供更多的培训机会,扩大培训规模,制定更有针对性的、加强汉语教学能力而非提高汉语本体知识的中亚师资培养方案。
