摘要
用拉伸法研究了SCM435钢的室温变形,拉伸结果显示SCM435钢的塑性较好,断口为典型的杯锥状断口.在拉伸法测得SCM435钢的拉伸曲线的基础上,根据数据分析,求解出SCM435钢真实应力-应变曲线,分别回归得到弹性阶段及塑性阶段的应力应变模型,得到SCM435钢的弹塑性参数及最大均匀塑性变形点,得出形成颈缩的条件,求解出SCM435钢的应变应力与断面收缩率之间的关系.
The tensile test was applied to research room temperature deformation of SCM435 steel.Tensile results show that plastic of SCM435 steel is good,and the fracture morphology is typical cup cone fracture.On the tensile test of the SCM435 steel,the real stress-strain curve was calculated through the data analysis.The stress-strain models for the elastic and plastic stages were established.The elastic-plastic parameters,the biggest even plastic deformation point and the conditions of necking forming were obtained.Relationship between stress-strain and cross-section shrinkage percentage was determined by the data analysis.
