大连不同种源活性污泥降解CN-的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以氰化钾为目标底物来驯化大连不同种源的活性污泥,使之适应并有效降解含氰废水,通过对比试验探究不同污泥来源及培养方式下活性污泥中微生物对含氰废水中氰化物的降解效果。活性污泥对于降解氰化物有着明显的促进作用,6h后氰化物的降解率为86.15%,同样条件下自然降解率仅为61.7%;经过驯化后的污泥能够更有效降解氰化物,降解率为88.23%,与未驯化的污泥相比降解率可提高27.78%。在活性污泥中起着主要降解功效的是好氧微生物,厌氧微生物处理6h后降解率为40%,而好氧微生物的降解率可高达98.23%。天然河道中提取的微生物同样有降解氰化物的作用。 Taming active sludge with potassium cyanide was carried out to make it degrade cyanide wastewater effectively.The degradation rate of cyanide by taming active sludge was 86.15% after 6h, whereas the natural degradation rate was only 61.7%.The domesticated sludge is more effective in degradating cyanide than the sludge without domestication, the degradation rate of which could be increased by 27.78%.The degradation rate was 40%after treatment with anaerobic microbe for 6h, but 98.23% can be obtained when treated with aerobic microbe.The results indicated that the microbial extracted from natural river also has a role in cyanide degradation.
