几种整理剂对涤纶织物吸湿排汗性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用TF-620、HMW8871、Uhtraphil PA、NH-D20 4种吸湿排汗整理剂,在不同整理剂用量、不同整理温度和不同烘焙时间条件下,对涤纶织物进行整理,并对整理后织物与未整理织物的吸湿排汗性能进行测试对比。结果表明,4种整理剂对涤纶织物吸湿排汗性能均有较大提高,但TF-620对涤纶织物整理效果最好,其最优整理工艺为:整理剂用量为60g/L,烘焙温度为200℃,烘焙时间为0.5min。经整理后,毛细高度由1.7cm上升到13.7cm,水分蒸发率由10.1%提高到99.7%;结果表明,经吸湿排汗整理后织物的表面电阻由1.08×1013Ω下降到1.31×107Ω;整理后织物经10次水洗,吸湿排汗效果仍然良好。 Four kinds of finishing agents of moisture absorption and sweat discharging including TF-620,H MW8871, Uhtraphil PA, NH-D20 were utilized on polyester fabrics, with different amounts of finishing agent, different temperature and different baking times.The properties of the finished fabrics were tested and compared with the non-finishing fabrics.The results showed that moisture absorbency and sweat transport of polyester fabric were improved a lot with finishing of four kinds of finishing agents, the TF-620was the best.The optimal finishing process were TF-620dosage 60g/L, cure temperature 200℃, cure time 0.5min.After finishing, the height of capability rose from 1.7cm to 13.7cm and water evaporation rate increased from 10.3%to 99.7%.Tests showed that the surface electric resistance of fabric decreased from 1.08×1013Ωto 1.31×107Ωafter finishing, and the effect of moisture absorption and sweat discharging remained perfect even after washing 10times.
