摘要
在介绍、分析企业技术创新过程模型、企业技术创新风险内涵以及企业技术创新项目风险因素的基础上,构建了企业技术创新项目风险评价指标体系,并应用德尔菲法(Delphi Technique)和模糊数学方法相结合的方式,探讨企业技术创新项目模糊综合评价方法.应用实证分析详细阐述了企业技术创新项目风险模糊综合评价的步骤和方法,为决策者在技术创新风险分析方面提供了一种可行性方案.
Based on the introduction and analysis of enterprise's technology innovation process model,enterprise's technology innovation risk connotation and enterprise's technology innovation project risk factors,this paper builds the index system for the enterprise's technology innovation project risk.It also explores the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods of enterprise's technology innovation project by applying the combination of Delphi Technique and Fuzzy Mathematics.It elaborates on the steps and methods of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of enterprise's technology innovation project risk,and puts forward for the deciders a feasible plan in enterprise's technology innovation risk analysis.
