水中多环芳烃混合物快速恒能量同步荧光分析

Analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Mixtures in Water by Rapid Constant-Energy Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 建立了咔唑、1,2-苯并蒽、苯并[a]芘和2,3-苯并蒽四种多环芳烃同时快速测定的恒能量同步荧光分析法.选择能量差Δυ-=1400cm-1,仅需一次扫描,就可同时鉴别和定量测定四种多环芳烃.四种多环芳的线性范围依次为0.5-300ng·mL-1、0.2-250ng·mL-1、0.05-50ng·mL-1和0.5-350ng·mL-1,检出限在0.0046-0.023ng·mL-1之间.该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,无需对多环芳烃混合物进行预分离,可用于实际水样的直接分析,效果良好,回收率为83.0%-105.3%. A new method of constant-energy synchronous fluorescence spectrometry to determine simultaneously and rapidly four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)of carbazole(Car),1,2-benzanthracene(1,2-BA),benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)and 2,3-benzanthracene(2,3-BA) was developed.Only one single scan is needed for the simultaneous identification and quantitative determination of the four PAHs when Δυ-=1400 cm-1.The linear ranges for carbazole,1,2-benzanthracene,benzo[a]pyrene and 2,3-benzanthracene were 0.5-300 ng·mL-1,0.2-250 ng·mL-1,0.05-50 ng·mL-1 and 0.5-350 ng·mL-1,and their detection limits were in the range of 0.0046 ng·mL-1 to 0.023 ng·mL-1.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive.By this method,the four PAHs mixtures in real water samples could be determined directly without pre-separation and with good results.The recoveries were 83.0%-105.3%.
