武器评价加权和法的改进与应用

Improvement and Application of the Method for Weighted Sum on Weapon Evaluation

针对加权和法评价武器时指标权重的选取所造成的计算结果精度的不稳定性提出了改进建议,即用最优权重取代凭经验确定的主观权重.最优权重是在主、客观权重的基础上,通过构造数学规划模型的方式求得.主观权重求法不变,客观权重由灰理论法求得.算例与分析表明:改进后的加权和法能使评价结果精度提高5%以上,并能最大限度地消除单纯使用主观权重造成的评价结果精度的不稳定性.改善精度时,首次提出了用最优权重取代主观权重的思想.描述和分析了最优权重的思想、求解方法,以及对加权和法的改进思路.

Aiming at the instability of calculation precision resulting from the selection of each target weight in evaluating weapon systems by means of the method for weighted sum,the proposal for improvement was put forward.Namely,the subjective weights depending on experts' experience are substituted for the optimal weights.The optimal weights were acquired through constructing the mathematical programming model based on subjective weights and objective weights.The method of solving subjective weights was the same as original,the objective weights were solved by means of grey theory.The case and analysis show that the method of improved weighted sum can improve the evaluation precision up to more than 5%,and minimize the instability of calculation precision resulting from only using subjective weights.The idea that the optimal weights substituted the subjective weights,was brought forward in improving evaluation precision for the first time.The ideas of the optimal weights,its solving method,and its improvement,were depicted,and were analyzed.
