摘要
应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元分析软件,采用端面中心单点起爆、端面线起爆、装药面T形起爆三种不同起爆方式,对平板爆炸焊接过程分别进行了三维数值模拟.计算结果表明:起爆方式对爆炸焊接质量有着重要的影响,不同的起爆方式在爆炸焊接中会产生不同的边界效应;T形起爆方式可有效降低边界效应的影响,提高焊接质量.
The ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D finite element analysis software was used to simulate the flat plate explosive Welding process by three different ignition ways,such as side surface center one point ignition,side surface line ignition,and 'T' shape ignition on explosion surface.The numerically simulated result indicates that the ignition ways have significant influence on explosive welding quality,different boundary effect is produced in explosive welding process by different ignition ways;explosive welding quality can be increased by 'T' shape ignition ways because boundary effect be effective decreased.
