摘要
直线输出混合驱动七杆机构具有柔性输出等优点,可以弥补目前广泛应用的凸轮机构直线输出柔性差、可调性差、高副冲击等缺点,是现代机构中迫切需求的一种机构.通过颜氏设计方法,进行了机构的一般化、运动链数综合,得出了机构一般化链图谱;根据需求的特定化条件,得到满足设计限制的特殊化链;分析推导出了符合要求的直线输出七杆机构构型.充分体现了颜氏设计方法的实际应用价值,为直线输出机构的深入研究打下了坚实的基础.
Seven-bar mechanism with the translation-output and hybrid drive has the characteristics of flexible output.It can make up the disadvantage of cam mechanism used widely now,which liner output has poor flexibility,poor tunability,high-pair impact.It is one of the mechanisms which is urgent demanded in the modern world.Through the YanShi design method,mechanism of generalization,kinematic chain number synthesis,atlas of generalized chains are obtained.According to the demand of the specific conditions,the specialized chains were obtained.Seven-bar mechanisms with the translation-output were analyzed and deduced to meet the practical requirements.It reflected the realistic application value of the YanShi design method,and laid a solid foundation to the In-depth study of seven-bar mechanisms with the translation-output.
