PP/Mg(OH)_2/POE三元共混物的流变性能研究

摘要 在双螺杆挤出机上制备了乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)含量不同的PP/Mg(OH)2/POE三元共混物.分别采用HC-2型氧指数测试仪和XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪测试了共混物的氧指数和流变行为.主要分析了共混物的剪切应力与剪切速率,表观黏度与剪切速率以及表观黏度和温度之间的关系.研究结果表明:MH和POE的加入并没有改变PP的假塑性,呈现出切力变稀现象.随着POE含量的增加,体系的表观黏度下降粘流活化能也稍有下降但变化不大,说明熔体的流变性能对温度的敏感性不强,这对加工有益. PP/Mg(OH)2/POE ternary blends were prepared on a twin-screw extruder in the present of various ethylene-1-octene copolymer(POE) content.The limited oxygen index and the rheology behavior of the blends were measured using HC-2 oxygen index tester and XLY-Ⅱ capillary rheometer,respectively.The curves of shear stress versus shear rate,apparent viscosity versus shear rate as well as apparent viscosity versus temperature were analyzed.The results showed that the addition of MH and POE did not change the pseudoplastic of PP matrix,and the melt displayed shear-thinning phenomenon.With the increase of POE content,the apparent viscosity decreased and the activation energy of viscous flow also reduced slightly.It was indicated that the rheological behavior of the melt showed weak temperature sensitivity,which was benefit for the processing.
