摘要 针对在风载作用下有大量人孔的脱硫塔易产生挠度变形的特点,对其进行强度分析和模态分析.通过使用有限元软件ANSYS建立脱硫塔简化模型,根据实际工况计算出塔体重力载荷和不同高度的风载,利用稀疏矩阵求解器求解脱硫塔的结构特性和模态特性,得到其应力场、固有频率和振型.研究结果表明:脱硫塔上大量的人孔对其强度有一定的削弱,需要在开孔区域设有强度补强.脱硫塔前几阶自振频率小,振动周期大,体现了塔体的整体动态特性.在实际工作中,脱硫塔工作频率需避免其自振频率,以保证塔的稳定工作. Considering that it is easily for desulfurization tower with large manholes to have deflection deformation under the wind load,the software made strength analysis and modal analysis.The desulfurization tower simplified model was established with the finite element software ANSYS.The tower body gravity load and wind load in different heights was calculated based on actual working conditions.With the sparse matrix equation solver,the analysis was able to solve the structural feature and modal feature of desulfurization tower,and obtain the stress field,natural frequency and vibration mode.The research results show that large manholes in the desulfurization tower can weaken the strength,and it is needed to set the strength reinforcement in the open area.The former steps of desulfurization tower owe small natural vibration frequency and large vibration period,which can represent the whole dynamic feature of tower body.In the actual work,the work frequency of desulfurization tower should avoid the natural vibration frequency to ensure the tower stability.
