粉末制粒工艺对金刚石刀头冷压坯质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用容积式自动装料冷压成型法生产金刚石锯片刀头,需要对流动性不好的混合粉料进行制粒处理,使粉料既有适当的流动性又具有稳定的松装比,从而实现刀头冷压坯重量和厚度偏差的稳定性。采用擦筛法和高速搅拌法两种工艺进行粉末制粒,对制粒后粉末颗粒的形貌、松装密度、流动性以及最终冷压坯的质量进行实验研究。结果表明:擦筛法制粒的粉末松装密度小于高速搅拌法制粒的粉末;高速搅拌法制粒粉末的流动性大于擦筛法;采用高速搅拌法制粒得到的冷压坯的重量均一性比擦筛法制粒的更好。 In order to obtain good quality and tight thickness deviation of green segment of diamond saw blade,granulating treatment of the metal powder is needed to improve the flowability and bulk density of the powder.In this paper,two granulating processes,namely sieve rubbing method and high speed stirring granulation method were experimentally studied and compared.Powder particle morphology,bulk density,flowability,as well as the green segment properties were tested.The results showed that:the powders prepared by sieve rubbing method had lower bulk density,while the powders prepared by high speed stirring granulation method had a batter flowability.Meanwhile,the green segment made with the powders from high speed stirring granulation method showed an improved mass homogeneity.
