摘要
球磨韧性是磨料的一项重要技术参数,比较综合的反映了磨料的质量。不仅与磨料的制粒方式、颗粒形状、表面状态、结晶状态等有关,也与磨料的化学成分有密切关系。由于国情不同,不同国家和地区的球磨韧性测量方法标准存在一定的差异,我们对这些差异进行了比较分析,探讨了影响测量结果不确定度的各种因素,通过对实验数据的数理统计,确定了相应检测方法及装置的不确定度。
The toughness measured by ball mill method is an important technical parameter for abrasive.It is related not only to granulating the preparation method,particle shape,surface,crystallization,but also to the chemical composition of abrasives.Due to different national conditions,different countries and regions have different methods and standards for testing the toughness of abrasive grains.In this research work,a comparative analysis for these differences was made.Some factors that influence the uncertainty of test results were analyzed.By analyzing the mathematical statistics of the experimental data,the uncertainty of the experimental method and devices can be determined.
