摘要
利用水雾化法生产金刚石工具用FeCu30预合金粉末。考察了粉末形貌,还原后粉末氧元素质量分数以及雾化压力和漏嘴内径对粉末粒度的影响。结果表明:水雾化压力的增加和漏嘴内径的减小,均能使粉末粒度减小。最佳工艺条件为:雾化压力为40 MPa,漏嘴内径为5 mm,还原温度为680℃。
FeCu30 pre-alloy powder was produced by water atomization method for diamond tools.The powder′s morphology,mass fraction of oxygen after deoxidized and the influences of atomizing pressure and the nozzle diameter on the particle size of powder were inspected.The results showed that the particle size decreased with the increase of water pressure and the decrease of nozzle diameter.The optimum parameters were as follows:the water pressure was 40 MPa,the nozzle diameter was 5 mm and the deoxidize temperature was 680 ℃.
