摘要 采用熔盐电解法直接由TiO2和WO3混合物电极制备了高W含量的TiW合金,并对电解中的电流变化、物相组成和组织演变进行了研究分析。在900℃和3.1 V的电解条件下,在熔融CaCl2熔盐中,以石墨为阳极、TiO2和WO3的混合物为阴极进行电解,采用SEM、EDS和XRD等方法对电解还原过程中的产物进行了分析。电解后可制得成分可控的钛钨合金,氧含量较低。 TiW alloy with high W content was prepared directly by electrolysis in molten-salt from the mixture electrode of TiO2 and WO3,and the current change,phase component and microstructure evolvement were studied and analyzed.Under the electrolysis conditions of 900℃ and 3.1V voltage,with a graphite anode and TiO2-WO3 oxides cathode,the electrolysis was carried out in molten CaCl2 salt,and the electrolysis products were examined by SEM,EDS and XRD during the process.The TiW alloy with uniform component was obtained after electrochemical reduction,where the atomic ratio of Ti and W of produced alloy was agreed closely with the pre-determined ratio,and the reduced products had low oxygen content after electrolyzing for 16h.
