本文结合82 000 t散货船压载舱的涂装,介绍了在PSPC规范的执行过程中遇到的各种问题及解决办法,包括涂层检查员、检测仪器的配备,全封闭喷砂房、涂装房的建立,以及钢材表面处理、涂装过程控制等。
With the painting of 82 000 DWT bulk carrier ballast tank as an example,the solution of various problems encountered in the implementation of process specification of PSPC is introduced,involving coating inspector,inspection equipment requirements,closed sandblasting room,closed paiting room,and steel surface preparation,coating process control.
