多级细分注水及配套高效测调技术新进展 被引量:8

New development of fine separated zone water injection and supporting high efficiency adjusting-testing technology

摘要 大庆油田进入特高含水期,为提高水驱开发效果,实施了多级细分注水,平均单井注水层段由目前的4个增加到7个以上。而目前国内各大油田主要采用的是偏心分注技术,受工艺限制无法适应进一步细分需要:一是受配水堵塞器投捞的影响,两级偏心配水器间距要求至少要在6m以上才能保证投捞顺利、不投错层,这同时限制了封隔器的卡距,使现有技术无法进一步细分;二是细分将导致封隔器级数的增加,管柱解封力加大,常规作业设备无法满足现场作业需求;三是目前管柱无法适应小夹层坐卡需要;四是细分后层段数大幅度增加,测调工作量将成倍增长,常规更换陶瓷水嘴的试配法无法满足测试需要。为此,需要开展多级细分注水技术研究,形成一套满足7层以上细分注水的工艺管柱及配套高效测调工艺,解决层段细分带来的小卡距、小夹层问题及封隔器级数增加引起的解封力过大及测调工作量加大等一系列问题,为特高含水期剩余油挖潜提供新的技术支撑。 Daqing oilfield goes into particular high water cut stage,to improve the waterflooding effect,implement fine separated zone water injection,The average single well water layers increase from 4 to more than 7.At present,the major domestic oilfield are mainly using eccentric separate injection technology, limited by the technology,it can not meet further subdivided requirement: first,influence by running and pulling the water distribution blanking plug,distance between two eccentric water distributor requires at least above 6m in order to ensure the successful running and pulling,do not run the fault layer,this also limit the frozen distance of packer,so that existing technology could not be further subdivided;Second,the subdivision will result in the increase in packer series and releasing force of the string,General operational equipment can not meet the needs of field operations;Third is the string can not adapt to the need of sublayer setting;fourth,a significant increase in the number of layers,after the breakdown,amount of adjusting-testing work will double increase,conventional trail-and error of replace ceramic nozzle can not meet the testing requirement.therefore,it is necessary to do technical research on fine separated zone water injection in high water cut stage,build up a suit of technology string and supporting high efficiency adjusting-testing technology which can meet the subdivided injection in more than 7 layers,solve the frozen distance and sublayer problem due to interval subdivision,oversized releasing force due to the increasing of packer series,increase in adjusting-testing workload and other issues,provide new technique supporting for remaining oil in high water cut stage.
