摘要
犯罪问题是世界各国普遍关注的问题。20世纪以来,国际性犯罪形势愈加严重,并呈现组织化、职业化和国际化特点,靠一国之力难以解决,加强国际警务合作,控制和预防各种犯罪就成为国际社会的共同需要。中国和东盟在毒品走私、非法移民、洗黑钱、恐怖主义等领域开展了有效的警务合作,但中国与东盟警务合作也面临着诸多障碍,为此,应加强中国与东盟合作路径的研究,加强合作,实现中国与东盟的互利共赢。
Crime is the common concern of the world.Since the 20th century,the international criminal situation has become more serious and begun to be systematized,professionalized and internationalized.It is difficult for a single country to solve those problems.Strengthening the international policing cooperation,controlling and preventing all sorts of crime have become the common need of the international community.China and ASEAN has already carried out effective policing cooperation in the field of fighting against drug trafficking and illegal immigration,money laundering,terrorism and so on.However,the cooperation is also facing many barriers.In this paper,the barriers have been analyzed and the relevant solution has been put forward.
