摘要
建立了基于烟气成分分析的电站锅炉入炉煤质监测模型,利用较容易测量的烟气气体含量和燃煤灰分数据,结合电厂记录的煤质数据的研究结果,通过软测量技术,实现了锅炉入炉煤元素成分和发热量的全面监测,并可以进一步矫正入炉煤量。试验表明:燃煤收到基低位发热量模型的计算值和实验室分析结果的偏差在3%以内,入炉煤量偏差在3%以内,各元素的偏差也在2%以内,满足工程需要。
This paper presents a model of monitoring coal grade for utility boiler basing on flue gas compositional analysis.It relys on measurements of flue gas composition and ash content in primary coal,interrelated elemental composition in coal.The soft-sensing technique is used to monitor ultimate composition and heat value for fired fuel and the amount of coal Into the furnace.Finally,the experiments show that:the relative derivation of net calorific value between lab analysis results and model results is less than 3%.The relative derivation of the amount of coal into the furnace between the actual results and model results is less than 3%too.The model results meet project needs.
