摘要
基于PFMEA方法对筒体焊接的质量控制过程进行分析和改进,运用PFMEA方法对筒体焊接进行潜在失效模式和原因分析,根据严重度(S)、不易探测度(D)、频度(O)的评判准则计算风险顺序数(RPN),运用防错技术对RPN值较高的潜在失效模式提出了具体防错措施,有效降低了RPN值并反馈至PFMEA。不仅提高了筒体焊接质量,也为上海锅炉厂有限公司对类似问题的质量控制总结了经验。
This article makes the quality control process analysis and improvement of shell welding based on the PFMEA method.Use the PFMEA method make the potential failure modes and causes analysis on shell welding,according to the severity(S),likelihood of detection( D),frequency of occurrence(O)criteria for calculating the risk priority number(RPN),use of error proofing technology on higher RPN potential failure mode and put forward the specific error proofing measures,effectively reduce the RPN value and feedback to PFMEA.Not only improved the shell welding quality,but also summarized a suitable method for Shanghai Boiler Works Co.,Ltd to similar products.
