摘要
利用恒温NO浓度监测实验系统对煤粉/生物质恒温混燃进行了NO浓度监测实验,探讨了掺混比、煤种、生物质种类以及温度等因素对煤粉/生物质恒温混燃时NO释放的影响规律。研究表明,燃烧初期,生物质掺混比的增加有利于NO释放,但NO释放曲线的峰值与生物质掺混比没有明显的规律性;与掺混挥发分低的煤种相比,玉米芯掺混挥发分含量高的煤种后NO释放曲线的峰值增加更明显;掺混含氮量高和灰分含量低的生物质均能使混合燃料在燃烧初期的NO释放加快;在燃烧初期,温度升高总是有利于混合燃料的NO释放,但在燃烧开始阶段存在一段无规律现象。
The No release laws of co-combustion of pulverized coal/biomass blends at constant temperatures were studied by means of an experimental system that can survey NO concentration change of exhaust gas continuously.The effects of blending ratio,coal,biomass and temperature on the NO release laws were studied.And,theory analysis and some conclusions were done through some NO release curves.At the initial stage,the increase of blending biomass ratio is in favour of NO release,but the peak values of NO release curves are irregular with blending biomass ratio;Compared with blending low volatile content coal,blending high volatile content coal can increase the peak value of NO release curve more obviously;Blending biomass with both high nitrogen content and low ash content can accelerate NO release of fuel combination at the initial stage;At the initial stage,the increase of temperature always make for increasing the NO release of fuel combination but there is a disorder at the beginning stage.
