双酚A分子印迹聚合物在固相萃取中应用的研究进展

摘要 双酚A是典型的环境内分泌干扰物,痕量的双酚A也会对生物体造成很大的危害。本文介绍了预组装法,自组装法以及牺牲空间法制备双酚A分子印迹聚合物以及在固相萃取中的具体应用。结果表明,BPA-MIPs-SCSE能有效吸附分离样品中的双酚A,回收率高,特异吸附效果强。 Bisphenol A is a typical environmental endocrine disruptors,and trace of bisphenol A may cause great harm to organism.This paper describes the use of pre-assembling method,self-assembling method and sacrificing space metod for preparation of bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer and application in solid phase extraction.The results show that the BPA-MIPs-SCSE can effectively adsorb the bisphenol A of separation samples with high efficiency and obvious specific adsorption effect.
