论中国特色文化软实力中的文化包容向度

On the Culturally Inclusive Dimension of Cultural Soft Power with Chinese Characteristics

文化的包容性发展是中国特色文化软实力提升的题中之义和内在诉求。文化包容性发展既注重本民族内不同类型文化的共同存在、协同发展、均衡发展,又注重合理吸收、借鉴其它民族的先进文化,使本民族的文化与人类最先进文明保持接轨。文化包容性发展有利于中国特色文化软实力内核中文化创生力、文化协调力、文化亲和力以及文化凝聚张力的发展。在当代中国,要真正实现文化的包容性发展,就必须坚持指导思想的一元化,反对多元化;坚持全面协调发展,遏制文化水平落差悬殊;尊重文化差异,反对过分推崇文化的本土特殊性。

Inclusive development focuses on not only the national culture which is comprised of cultural co-presence,collaborative development and balanced development,but reasonable absorption,learning from other nation’s advanced culture and integration with the most civilized culture in the globe as well.Culturally inclusive development will be conductive to cultural creation,cultural coordination,cultural affinity and cultural cohesion in the essence of culture soft power with Chinese characteristics.In contemporary China,for the sake of achieving culturally inclusive development,we must adhere to the centralization of guiding principle while opposing diversification.We must adhere to comprehensive and coordinated development while restraining the occurrence of culture level gap.We should respect cultural difference while opposing advocating local culture excessively.
