Preliminary experimental study on the fodder beet cutter

通过正交试验,考察了切丝加工时功耗及切丝损失率等试验指标与切丝机几个主要的结构参数(包括刀的倾角、转速和刀的厚度等)的关系,并初步获得了切丝机结构参数的较优组合。

There have been some reports about the device used in processing fodder beet recently, the technic and data are still not available. According to the guiding thoughts designing and researching fodder beet's cutter, which is brought forward by the researcher in our team, we devised a set of experiments. In the paper, we studied the relation between the testing indexs such as power cosumption and loss rate and the structure factors of the cutter, including dip angle of plate and rotational speed, and obtained some rational parameters, with which we can improve the designment and enhance the quality of the cutter.
