高校辅导员如何应对群体性事件危机处置研究

How to deal with the crisis management of group events of college counselors

随着现在我国社会经济的快速发展,社会关系也逐渐多元化起来,加上社会转型以及教育的改革,高校的群体性事件以各种类型发生,这种学生群体性的事件对高校的教学环境带来了很不好的影响,甚至会影响到社会的和谐和稳定。所以,需要拟订一些措施进行应对。本文首先对处置高校学生的群体性事件进行处置有何意义,然后再对群体性事件进行特征分析,最后就如何处置群体性事件提出对策。

Along with the rapid development of our social economy and diversified social relations, with the transformation of society and education reform, college group events occur in various types, the student group events have a very bad influence on college teaching environment, even affect the social harmony and stability. Therefore, need to develop some measures to deal with. This paper first on the disposal of college students' collective event disposition, then analyzes the group events feature, finally put forward the countermeasures in dealing with group events.
